Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions and policies (the “Terms and Conditions”) governing this website, spadaro.co (the “site”), and online ordering from SPADARO. We strongly suggest you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By accessing this SITE and/or submitting your order, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms ad Conditions of SPADARO herein. Please note that SPADARO offers perfumes and goods for sale on this website as a courtesy to those customers who do not have easy access to our retailers. It is our policy to deal agreeably and fairly customers.
SPADARO does however reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason in its sole discretion.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONAL USE
The products and services available on the SPADARO SITE are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or samples thereof. you purchase or otherwise obtain from SPADARO. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders can sometimes be expedited by special request although additional handling or shipping charges will apply. You can request order expedition at the time of placement by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should a product you order be unavailable due to shortage or delayed for any other reason you will be notified immediately by SPADARO. In such event you will have the option to cancel your order or wait until the perfume is available to be shipped to you.
SPADARO accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is complete and ready to ship. Should there be a problem with the card number you provide, you will be contacted. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel the order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING
SPADARO ships all orders via UPS unless otherwise requested. Should you request alternate shipping methods additional handling charges may apply. Those shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and merchandise dollar value of the complete order. All shipments are insured with UPS and this cost is reflected in the final shipping charges.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Most orders placed by 11 am EST (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will usually processed the following business day (Monday). Most standard orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of when the order ships. Unless requested otherwise, a signature will be required upon delivery of the package. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Should you require your perfumes for a special date, please contact SPADARO at email@example.com in order to confirm that timely delivery is possible. Please note that delivery transit times are entirely dependent upon UPS. Should there be an unreasonable delay in receiving your package, please contact SPADARO for tracking information.
At present, non domestic orders are only shipped by special arrangement directly with SPADARO. Should you live outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping on non domestic orders are calculated as per our domestic shipping guidelines listed above. And please note that foreign orders may take longer to process in order to prepare the necessary transport documentation.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Following are the conditions that apply to returns of products:
a. Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to SPADARO for a refund or exchange.
b. Products must be returned to SPADARO within 15 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.
c. You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. However, in order to qualify to receive a refund or exchange for any such claim, you need to contact us no later than 7 days from delivery and obtain an authorization from SPADARO. Upon receipt, SPADARO will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
d. Prior to returning products, you must contact SPADARO and obtain written authorization, which must be included on the shipping invoice that you will enclose with the returned product. To obtain the written authorization, send an email to info@SPADARO.co, and provide your order number, full name, shipping address and email address.
e. Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials, as well as ALL COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES and a copy of the shipping invoice.
f. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
g. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested.
h. Returned products should be shipped to the address provided by SPADARO. i. SPADARO will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. SPADARO is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
j. Only products purchased through the Website may be returned to SPADARO in accordance with this return policy. SPADARO products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
k. SPADARO reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.
The privacy of all our clients and customers is extremely important. No personal or contact information is willingly shared by SPADARO with any outside party for any reason. SPADARO shall not be responsible for or have a liability for any client and/or customer information which is obtained outside of the control of SPADARO.

All trademarks, service marks, trade logos, images, audio media, and contents of this SITE are the property of Spadaro Sub Dio (the “SPADARO Intellectual Property”) and is protected under the copyright and other applicable law. The SPADARO Intellectual Property may not be used without prior approval and the express written permission of SPADARO Sub Dio. SPADARO reserves the right, from time to time, in its sole discretion, to amend, revoke, terminate or otherwise change the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Any such changes are effective immediately upon posting of the same on the SITE.
